I needed an Urgent appointment & was able to get one within the same Week. The Office wasn't crowded & clean, the Front Desk staff & Nurse were pleasant. In addition, Dr. Davermen solved the mystery of my continued illness.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The front desk team was organized and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Dr. Monica Gupta, who went above and beyond in every way. She is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but also kind, compassionate, and attentive. Dr. Gupta took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Her calm and caring demeanor made a big difference in easing my anxiety. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such personal attention with outstanding medical care. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Monica Gupta to anyone looking for top-quality healthcare. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service!

I made an appointment for 3:30pm on 11/19 and didn’t get see the doctor until 4:46pm. I understand it may get busy at the end of day but over an hour wait after the appointment was supposed to start is ridiculous. What made this worse was my mother was waiting for me in the lobby and they left her all alone in the dark. All the receptionists didn’t communicate to my mom that they were leaving, no. They just turned off all the lights and walked out the back and left her all alone. After I finished with the doctor, there was no medical assistant left nor any other body in the building. They even left the doctor all alone. The lady at the pharmacy window is also very rude to anyone who asks a question. You can find a compassionate clinic else where. Please research your options.
